Each item is individually sourced, inspected and prepared before being listed for sale.
Because our pieces are preloved, each item is unique and may show some gentle signs of previous wear.
We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item and will highlight any noticeable marks, flaws or imperfections in the product description and/or photographs.
2. Product Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, sizes, measurements and condition information are as accurate as possible.
Please remember that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
As our clothing is preloved, sizing can vary between brands and garments. We therefore recommend checking the measurements provided on the individual product listing before purchasing.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in UK pounds (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that you have already placed and received an order confirmation for.
4. Placing an Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as an obvious pricing error, an item becoming unavailable or an error occurring with the website.
If we need to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Once an item has been delivered, you are responsible for following the recommended care instructions.
Blossom to Bloom cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, alterations, misuse or accidental damage after delivery.

All photographs, branding, logos, written content and other material displayed on the Blossom to Bloom website belong to Blossom to Bloom unless otherwise stated.
